Sem Dirks, born on March 14, 2001, in Beverwijk, is a Dutch defender who currently plays for Terrassa FC in Spain. A left-footed defender, he can operate both as a centre-back and on the left side of the defence. Dirks developed through the AZ Alkmaar academy from a young age and made his professional debut for Jong AZ in 2020. In 2022, he joined VVV-Venlo, where he gained valuable experience in the Dutch second tier. He later played for Telstar before moving to Terrassa FC in January 2025. With his technical ability, physical strength, and tactical awareness, Dirks is a versatile defender who has continued to develop at both national and international level.
